EURO-NOTES Workshop 2012
NOTES & Advanced Interventional Endoscopy
EURO-NOTES 2012 is the sixth joint meeting of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES) and the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE) on Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES). For this meeting the topic will be extended to also cover advanced interventional endoscopy.
Gastroenterologists and surgeons from throughout Europe who are currently actively pursuing NOTES-research, together with participants from the biomedical industry will meet to discuss and debate the challenges and obstacles of implementing Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery into clinical practice. Hands-on training will be offered to a limited number of participants on the Saturday.
EURO-NOTES 2012 is designed as a working conference on NOTES. Delegates are greatly encouraged to register in “teams” composed of a surgeon and a gastroenterologist.
