Registration Fee
Registration fee includes participation in the scientific plenary sessions and working groups, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches for the duration of the workshop and congress material.

Participants are encouraged to register in “teams” composed of a minimally invasive surgeon and an interventional gastroenterologist. As teamwork is considered an important aspect of the workshop, individuals may take advantage of the reduced fee by joining forces.
**Hands-on training on live animals (TEO, ESD, transluminal drainage) with maximum 30 participants.

Please indicate on your bank transfer “EN2012”and the name of the participant. Please remit before September 30, 2012.
Cancellation
Cancellations of Congress participation: Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the ESGE secretariat. In case of cancellation by July 31, 2012 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50. No refund will be made after July 31, 2012.
