Registration Fee
The fees cover: Participation in the scientific plenary sessions and working groups, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches from Thursday September 9 to Friday September 10, 2010 and congress material.

Participants are encouraged to register in “teams” composed of a minimally invasive surgeon and an interventional gastroenterologist. As teamwork is considered an important aspect of the workshop, individuals may take advantage of the reduced fee by joining forces.
**Hands-on training
Hands-on courses using various simulators for practising different NOTES techniques. Limited number of participants.

Please indicate on your bank transfer “EN 2010” and the name of the participant. Please remit not after September 1, 2010. After this date please pay on site.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the EURO-NOTES Secretariat. In case of cancellation by August 1, 2010 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50. No refund will be made after August 1, 2010.
