Abstract Submission
Abstracts may be submitted online using the link below.
1. Rules for Submission of Abstracts
Deadlines: Deadline for submission of abstracts is Sunday, July 11, 2010.
Previously published submissions: The abstract submitted must present original work that has not yet been published
Length : Maximum length 350 words
Format : Abstracts should include four sections:
- (1) Objective of the study
- (2) Methods and procedures
- (3) Results
- (4) Conclusions based on the results.
Title : Please use upper-case for the whole title
Authors/Institution: List all authors with first author listed first. Underline name of presenting author. Follow list of authors with the primary department and institution of the main authors.
2. Accepted Abstracts
Authors whose abstracts have been selected for oral presentation on Thursday, September 9 and Friday, September 10, 2010 at EURO-NOTES 2010 may be asked to submit a complete manuscript to Endoscopy. In addition, the registration fee will be waived to accepted oral abstract presenters. A €250 travel allowance will also be provided.
Authors of accepted abstracts for poster presentation will be offered a reduced registration fee.
3. Notification
The EURO-NOTES 2010 Secretariat will send an e-mail notification by July 31, 2010 indicating whether the abstract has been accepted for presentation.
